President Trump delivered his first joint address to Congress Tuesday evening, a speech the New York Times said would “set the course for his policy agenda and mollify concerns on Capitol Hill after his uneven first month in office.” The President addressed upticks in anti-Semitic vandalism as well as infrastructure and terrorism.
