Mainjobs will train people looking for work in digital skills

The Mainjobs Group will offer a training program in digital skills to people looking for work. Your project has been selected by the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy among several proposals from other training entities at the national level. Its main objective is to train citizens with the necessary skills to thrive in an increasingly digitalized work environment.

Mainjobs has designed a professional digitalization program composed of different courses that address key aspects of digitalization and its intersection with sustainable development. This program is designed to train people with the skills to respond to the needs of a more competitive labor market and the challenges of an increasingly changing environment.

The program is aimed at workers affected by Temporary Employment Regulation Files (ERTE) between 2020 and 2021 who will now be able to acquire digital skills that improve their professional situation and increase their employability. Up to 20,000 people in the province of Barcelona will benefit from this initiative

As explained by Mainjobs, with this program they are committed to providing tangible opportunities for job reintegration and professional development.

The program not only includes different training itineraries with a focus on digitalization, but also does so from a perspective of sustainable development and environmental responsibility, in line with the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals.

A distinctive feature of these courses is their online modality, which makes them accessible to a wide range of participants, regardless of their geographical location or personal circumstances.

Upon successful completion of each course, participants will receive certifications that attest to their new digital skills, and certificates such as the Harvard Manage Mentor, from Harvard Business Publishing Education, giving them a competitive advantage in today’s job market.

The group wants to contribute to taking a significant step towards building a more inclusive, resilient and digitalized future of work, in which workers have the necessary skills to thrive in the digital age.
