They insult him in English and he kicks them out of the bar: the reaction of a young man after being told that "he wasn't even good for a waiter"

Unay Ferrer, a waiter at a hamburger restaurant in the center of Madrid, had an unpleasant experience with two customers who, according to him, were disrespectful from the beginning.

The young man, who shared his story through a video on TikTok, described the couple as “two loudmouth customers” who started out well but ended up insulting him.

The couple, who spoke English, tried to make the order in Spanish, and Unay, showing professionalism, assisted them in that language. However, things became complicated when the woman, to express that she did not want ice in the drink, did so in English, indicating a possible laziness in using Google translator.

The situation worsened when the woman began to joke and yell at him in a derogatory manner. Unay, annoyed, expressed her displeasure: “You are not a sprinkler, nor a rattlesnake, nor am I a mountain goat. Don’t joke with me, much less yell at me afterwards.” The young waiter regretted the lack of respect and stressed that he would prefer that customers address him politely.

Despite the annoyance, Unay remained calm, but the situation escalated when he heard the couple speaking badly about him in English. The homophobic customer commented that Unay “wasn’t even good for a waiter” and that he should study. The last straw was when the man mentioned Unay’s parents in a derogatory manner.

At that moment, Unay decided to put an end to the situation and, instead of responding aggressively, he served the order and told them in Spanish: “Here you go, thank you.” In addition, he added in English: “By the way, the drink does not have ice as they have asked me. I hope I can also serve you a little education. And don’t worry, even if you are one of those, you would be the last person I would talk to.” would throw.”

The couple, instead of apologizing, asked for a bag to take the food to the hotel, excusing themselves that they were running late. The experience left Unay questioning why “the vast majority of clients are like that.” The waiter’s reaction to the lack of respect highlights the importance of fair and polite treatment in the hospitality sector.
