Normally it is the clients who have reprehensible behaviors against bars and restaurants, but there are times when the tables are turned and it is the locals who undertake it against their clients. And as the @soycamarero account has shown, on April 28 something like this happened.
This well-known Twitter account has posted the receipt that some customers received when they paid at the Racó de L’Arnau restaurant in Valencia. The surprise for them was the comment that appears just below the boscaiola spaghetti: “No meat for the romper balls.”
Apparently, as can be seen on the local menu, this pasta dish includes bacon and sausages, as well as mushrooms and gorgonzola cheese. But it seems that someone in the restaurant was upset that the client decided to remove the meat.
This behavior on the part of the restaurant has been widely criticized by tweeters, who have not been able to understand what the problem is for the restaurant. Some have commented that this type of thing can be discussed in the kitchen among the workers, but that they can never be put into the account.
But things have not ended there, because the same client has expressed her bad experience in this Valencian establishment on her social networks. In addition to the insult, the user explained that no one warned them that they were going to bring a dish not on the menu and that the alternative would be “just spaghetti with tomato” and that “the ones I make at home look better.” .
Judging by her publication, she was also not too happy with her grated truffle dish on fried eggs, mashed potatoes and bacon: “Do you see the truffle? Neither do I.”
