The Zero Festival addresses the mass consumption of porn in adolescence in Sant Joan Despí and Sant Andreu de la Barca

The Zero Festival, which takes place from March 15 to 17 in Sant Andreu de la Barca and Sant Joan Despí, will feature the play La Festa, a co-production of the National Theater of Catalonia and Teatres en Xarxa that “raises the consequences of the massive consumption of pornography in adolescence and the lack of adequate information about sexuality”.

As reported by the Sant Joan Despí City Council this Wednesday in a statement, Daniela Feixas’ work can be seen this Friday at the Mercè Rodoreda theater. Before the premiere there will be a “special performance for first-year high school students.”

“230 young students and teachers from all the educational centers in the city that offer these studies will attend,” said the Sant Joan Despí Town Council, which considers that the work will reach its “target audience” in this way. A day later it will arrive at the Núria Espert theater in Sant Andreu de la Barca.

The Zero Festival will continue with Lady Panda, from the Mumusic Circus company; and will close with Solo, by Roi Borrallas, which won the Zirkólika award for the best clown show of the year 2022. The works will alternate between the two locations in Baix Llobregat. The festival has previously reached other Catalan towns.
