The Almanac hotel has joined the bandwagon this season, replacing the limited proposal they had until now in their Azimuth with a cuisine that includes recipes from the five continents with a more casual tone, inspired by street food. To follow a similar line, in terms of concept, to that of the premises on the ground floor of the same building, the Virens restaurant, it has been Rodrigo de la Calle himself who has created a menu that has around twenty dishes that can be It can be consumed both in its traditional version and adapted to a vegan or vegetarian diet. Here, simple dishes, designed to share, such as chicken arepas, guacamole and pickles, marinated pork tacos with pineapple – slightly spicy – ??or a soft sea bass ceviche with celery and mango tiger milk. The terrace, which can be accessed from noon to midnight, will maintain its cocktail offering – ten signature references and classic liqueurs – and will have DJ sessions on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
