In his latest publication, which has more than 470 thousand views, he offers an alternative recipe to sushi. Easy to prepare and lightly digested, this option has zucchini as its base ingredient.

The influencer is pregnant and, as she explains that she misses eating sushi, which is one of her favorite dishes, she has prepared an alternative. The ingredients of the recipe may vary according to each person’s preferences, but to prepare its preparation you will need:

The first thing to do is cut the zucchini with a mandoline as thin as possible. When there are enough sheets, they are distributed overlapping one another on a transparent film paper. It is then covered with cream cheese.

Next comes the time to fill it out. In this case with avocado, bonito and red pepper. The ingredients are not placed in the center but as high as possible to be able to roll the zucchini later, as shown in the images.

It is rolled up using the same film and left to rest for ten minutes in the refrigerator. After that time, remove the plastic wrap and cut the roll into small portions that can be eaten in one bite, like traditional sushi. To finish, Delicious Martha adds a little sesame on top.
