Stuffed mushrooms: three recipes to make them tasty

Mushrooms in general contain vitamins, such as those of the B complex (niacin and thiamine, riboflavin and folic acid) and minerals such as potassium, phosphorus and calcium. Mushrooms also contain selenium, which works as an antioxidant that helps prevent certain types of cancer.

These delicious stuffed mushrooms are indicated if you suffer from any of the following side effects from lung cancer treatment: loss of appetite, dysgeusia (altered sense of taste), heartburn and constipation. An easy, quick and fun recipe to make and eat.

This recipe is part of the social project promoted by the Catalunya La Pedrera Foundation, and developed by the Catalan Institute of Oncology and the Alícia Foundation. This is a collection of guides on nutrition during treatment for different types of cancer, in this case this recipe appears in the publication on lung cancer.
