LA Pride Parade to Attract Thousands to Hollywood

The highly anticipated LA Pride Parade is set to draw tens of thousands of attendees to Hollywood this year. Scheduled to kick off at 11 a.m. on Sunday at Highland Avenue and Sunset Boulevard, the parade will proceed north on Highland, east on Hollywood Boulevard, south on Cahuenga Boulevard, and return to Sunset Boulevard. With a potential crowd of 100,000 people expected, this year marks the 54th edition of the parade.
The festivities will also include a free LA Pride Block Party, commencing at noon and running until 8 p.m. on Hollywood Boulevard between Vine and Gower streets. Attendees can look forward to a variety of activities such as vendor and information booths, a beer garden, food trucks, and live entertainment. The celebration officially commenced on Saturday with Pride in the Park at Los Angeles State Historic Park.
