How to prepare ginger popcorn (homemade and in the microwave)

Elaboration

1.Peel the ginger and grate it. Also grate the peel of a lemon.

2.In a medium microwave-safe bowl, put the corn, virgin olive oil and a little salt.

3.Cover the bowl with a plate and put it in the microwave at maximum power for approximately 4 minutes (it will depend on each appliance).

4.Take it out of the microwave and mix the contents with the ginger and lemon zest.
