Often, food delivery drivers have to deal with unpleasant customers or situations. However, many users are not aware of what they have to endure and decide to post a negative review of their service. No one comes out unscathed, neither the worker nor the restaurant for not providing the promised attention.

“The food is one of the best but I give this score because they do not distribute it in the direction I gave it due to a bad experience according to the employees,” writes this customer, who rates the experience with only two stars.

And he assures that, if the problem repeats, he will consider continuing to ask: “They should look at that since not all of us have to adjust to the experiences they live because of others, whether bad or good. It’s not my problem, nor my fault, you lose customers because you want to.”

However, the restaurant explains in a response the harassment that its delivery drivers are suffering. “Its Real Street neighborhood, Padre Jesús neighborhood and Peñas neighborhood are some of the most beautiful and historic in Ronda, but there are also people who have a hobby of threatening with knives and robbing delivery people,” they say.

From the restaurant they assure that it is an all too common situation: “Coincidentally, our delivery drivers have been detected with an intolerance to stabbing with sharp objects, we can risk the integrity of one or two delivery people so that you receive your food at home, but we do not have an “quick and effective way to replace stabbed delivery drivers.”

Furthermore, they justify their decision. “We know that it is not his fault or his problem, but if it is ours, for that reason we will continue without distributing it in his area,” they conclude.
