'Dining with Pablo' tries the most extravagant Basque hamburger and is amazed: "They've gone crazy"

One of the most recent experiences of Pablo Cabezali, who has made a name for himself among foodies thanks to his channel Cenando con Pablo, has been in the municipality of Arrasate. His visit to this area during Holy Week had a clear purpose: to immerse himself in the rich local gastronomic culture. However, he ended up deviating quite a bit.

The venue chosen for this culinary adventure was Bim Bam Bum, an establishment recognized for its commitment to artisanal cuisine and for offering dishes that merge tradition and innovation. Here, Cabezali decided to face a unique gastronomic challenge: try a burger that incorporates the well-known Pink Panther cake, a choice as daring as it is peculiar.

This preparation is a hamburger, filled with all the traditional ingredients, but it is bathed in this sweet and one of them is incorporated at the top. Cabezali’s culinary experience was documented on his social networks, where a large number of followers eagerly awaited his verdict.

At first skeptical of the dish’s untraditional appearance, Cabezali admitted that there are no limits in the kitchen: “If there are hamburgers with Lotus or donuts, why not with this?” Although, yes, he acknowledged that not everyone may be able to understand this recipe: “They have lost the pot.”

Despite the sweet and excessively glazed appearance, the influencer’s reaction was especially good: “It tastes like meat. It is very well contrasted by that triple salty bacon and when you don’t have the sweet outside it is missed.”

Encouraged by the satisfaction of the first bite, Cabezali made a decision that would mark a before and after in his visit: to integrate the Pink Panther bun directly into the burger. This gesture generated looks of astonishment among the other diners: “People look at me strangely.” Their final evaluation of the dish was resoundingly positive: “Order it, and tomorrow’s diet will be done.”
