Sean “Diddy” Combs, the hip-hop mogul, is facing a new set of lawsuits that claim he raped women, sexually assaulted men, and molested a 16-year-old boy. These lawsuits, at least six in total, were filed anonymously in federal court in Manhattan. The accusers, identified as Jane Does and John Does, are part of a larger group of alleged victims who are taking legal action against Combs following his sex trafficking arrest last month.

One of the John Does, who was 16 at the time, alleges that Combs fondled his genitals at a party in Long Island’s Hamptons in 1998. The man claims that Combs instructed him to drop his pants during a conversation about breaking into the music industry, stating that it was a rite of passage to becoming a music star. The man complied out of fear and later realized that he had been sexually assaulted.

Combs, 54, had previously faced accusations in civil cases and a criminal indictment involving sexual activity with adults. Despite the planned lawsuits being announced on October 1, Combs’ lawyers have not responded to requests for comment. He has pleaded not guilty to racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges.

Combs’ attempts to secure bail have been unsuccessful, with two judges deeming him a danger to the community if released. The Metropolitan Detention Center where he is being held has a history of violence and dysfunction. An appeals court judge recently denied Combs’ immediate release while his bail request is being considered.

The lawsuits filed against Combs on Monday include allegations of rape, forced oral sex, and drugging victims. One of the Jane Does claims that Combs raped her at a hotel in 2004, threatening to kill her if she did not comply. Another Jane Doe alleges that Combs violently attacked and raped her at a party in 2005.

In another lawsuit, a man working as a security guard at one of Combs’ parties in 2006 alleges that Combs drugged and sexually assaulted him. Additional lawsuits accuse Combs of forcing a man to perform oral sex on him in a store stockroom in 2008 and sexually assaulting a man at a party in 2021.

These new lawsuits add to the legal troubles facing Sean “Diddy” Combs, as more individuals come forward with allegations of sexual assault and misconduct. The ongoing legal battles against him highlight the importance of holding individuals accountable for their actions, regardless of their status or influence in society.
