Íñigo Onieva is about to realize one of his biggest dreams with the opening of his new restaurant, ‘Casa Salesas’. This place aspires to be the new meeting point for Madrid’s jet set and promises to be a reference in the center of the capital. Onieva, known for his work in exclusive places such as ‘Totó’ and ‘Tatel’, joins Iván Espinosa de los Monteros and José Luis López to carry out this exciting gastronomic and nightlife project.

Located at the crossroads between Fernando VI Street and Regueros Street, within the Las Salesas area in the Justicia neighborhood, ‘Casa Salesas’ will open its doors to the public on May 13. According to Onieva himself, the restaurant will offer an experience that “will combine the best of haute cuisine with an ideal environment to enjoy drinks.”

Although the complete menu has not yet seen the light of day, it is expected that the gastronomic offer will be similar to that of the previous restaurants in which Onieva has participated, with exquisite dishes and exclusive prices. During these days prior to the inauguration, the businessman has invited his close circle to try some dishes on the menu, such as potato omelette, French toast and chocolate crepes with cream.

The hours of ‘Casa Salesas’ will be from 10:00 am to 01:00 am, with an extension until 02:00 am on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. In addition to the gastronomic offering, music will be a highlight of the venue, with DJs playing live. Onieva has also created personalized merchandising, such as music vinyls with the restaurant’s logo, as part of the social media promotion.

Tamara Falcó, the Marchioness of Griñón and wife of Íñigo Onieva, has shown her support for the project by sharing the restaurant’s news on her social networks, which has contributed to promoting ‘Casa Salesas’ among her more than 1.6 million followers on Instagram. With this support, the restaurant is preparing to become a reference point in Madrid’s gastronomic and leisure scene from the beginning.
