Clean the cauliflower, cut it into four pieces and remove the central stem; then divide it into twigs.
In a large bowl, mix the oil with the spices and a little salt, add the cauliflower and mix well with your hands to distribute the seasoning.
Place the cauliflower florets in a large casserole dish without overlapping them and bake at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve them piping hot.
