This product has come to market after almost three years of research. Professionals with different skills participated in the project, led by Francesco Razzeti, an expert in the world of agri-food production. Together with him, a marketing specialist, a journalist and an oenologist, they founded the company Poska 1820, which is named after the ancient Roman drink.
