Ana Obregón’s decision to become a grandmother by surrogate pregnancy continues to give rise to talk, to the point that it triggered a national debate around this practice that is not allowed in our country. In fact, the businesswoman had to travel to Miami to develop the entire process that would culminate in the birth of Ana Sandra.

The last to comment has been Tita Cervera. In her interview in La Contra de La Vanguardia, Baroness Thyssen shows her support for Obregón: “His son went to heaven and today he prolongs his life with his genes in his daughter. Well done!”.

Cervera has not been the only one to publicly support the actress. The businesswoman has also received affectionate words from other public figures such as the model Eva González, the writer María Zurita, the influencer Georgina Rodríguez or the presenter of Telecinco Ana Rosa Quintana.

Instead, Obregón has been criticized by many others such as Laura Escanes, Jorge Javier Vázquez, the journalist Mercedes Milá, Risto Mejide or the athlete Ana Peleteiro.

Ana Obregón confirmed last April that the girl born by surrogacy in Miami belongs to her deceased son Alejandro Lequio García. The announcement, like the one of the girl’s birth on March 20 at the Memorial Regional Hospital in Miami, were published by Hola magazine: “This was Aless’s last wish, to bring her child into the world.”

“What people don’t know is that this was Aless’s last will: to bring his son into the world. And so she told her father and me orally a week before she died, ”says the actress.
