Just a few days ago, José Luis Martínez-Almeida and Teresa Urquijo celebrated their proposal party surrounded by family and friends. A party in which the current mayor of Madrid and his fiancée spared no expense, a preamble to the wedding they will celebrate on April 6.
Far from stopping the celebrations, Teresa Urquijo was surprised by her closest friends last weekend with the traditional bachelorette party. The destination, Milan, where they took the aristocrat to celebrate her last weeks of being single before becoming Mrs. Martínez-Almeida.
An express trip to the Italian capital for which the bride-to-be’s friends did not hesitate to organize all kinds of fun. As Vanitatis reports, among the large group of friends was Luisa Bergel, also close to Tamara Falcó, who dedicated herself to photographing and sharing many of the fun details of the trip.
Luisa Bergel was, by the way, the one who introduced the Madrid mayor and the young financial analyst. Both maintained a long friendship before beginning their romantic relationship, as sources close to them confirmed at the time.
The group of friends traveled from Madrid to the Italian capital. A flight where they took the opportunity to give Teresa her accessories as a future bride – among others, a funny cowgirl hat on which you could read the word “bride”, which precisely means “bride” in English -, and which went without incident.
Once in Milan and after being picked up by a driver, the friends went to their accommodation, one of the luxury boutique hotels owned by Enrique Sarasola Jr. and where Cristian Florez, Luisa Bergel’s husband, works.
Specifically, the group of friends enjoyed one of the best rooms at the Be Mate Via Tivoli, in the center of Milan. The hotel, a short distance from Sforzesco Castle, Arena Civica and La Scala, is one of the most sought after by luxury tourists. Its price ranges around 1,000 euros on the weekend.
After doing some sightseeing around the city, the group went all out to celebrate their friend. In the evening, they began with a drink in one of the best-known places in the Italian capital, the N’Ombra de Vin winery, an old underground winery with a very special atmosphere and live music at night that turns any evening into something unforgettable.
After the drink, the group changed gears and headed to the Japanese restaurant Ronin, a unique place with different floors where you can taste Japanese delicacies, cocktails and even sing karaoke; as if you were on the streets of Tokyo. After dinner, they moved to the private club in the attic of the venue, where they had what would be the first drink of the night before heading to the Apophis Club, one of the trendy nightclubs located in the heart of Milan.
An unforgettable trip that ended around five in the morning, with some of the bride’s friends recording videos for TikTok, in which it is clear that they still want to continue having fun.
