Sean Rad, co-founder of the social network Tinder, has put on the market a superb mansion in the Hollywood Hills (Los Angeles, USA): built in 1930, it belonged to the actress Yvette Mimieux and the entrepreneur and his wife, the designer of fashion Lizzie Grover, they paid 22 million euros for it in 2018, once duly reformed by Kurt Rappaport. Located on Sunset St, it covers 985 m2 on three floors.

The house is hidden behind thick and high hedges that grant considerable privacy. On the main level we find a double height living room and a formal dining room, both with glass doors that open to the outside. An elegant eat-in kitchen offers access to a spacious patio. Also here is an office clad in French oak. Other highlights include a cinema room, a cellar bar with illuminated shelves, and a lounge on the upper level with a fireplace, private balcony, dressing room, and a luxurious marble bathroom that includes a bathtub carved from a single stone.

The couple commissioned AD100 designer Jane Hallworth to decorate and the home features five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, high ceilings, marble finishes, bi-fold glass doors and fabulous lighting. There are pieces with their own names everywhere: Tobia Scarpa, Poul Kjærholm, Marcel Breuer, Pierre Jeanneret, Charlotte Perriand and Jean Prouvé, among other firms.
