The upcoming ‘Operación Triunfo 2023’ tour has been the subject of controversy and accusations of fraud by some followers of the program due to the alleged unequal distribution of songs among the contestants.

Although the official setlist has not yet been revealed, fans who came to the Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona during rehearsals heard a few songs, including ‘Corazón Hungry’ by Naiara and Lucas Curotto, which will apparently be part of the repertoire.

The distribution of songs among the 16 contestants has generated criticism, especially towards Paul Thin, who apparently would only have three songs assigned compared to other finalists who have four or five. This disparity has been perceived as unfair by the fandom, considering that Paul Thin came in second place in the contest.

Fans’ expectations were frustrated in relation to the previous promises of Manu Guix, who indicated that the last three finalists would have two solo songs. However, the current track listing suggests that both Ruslana and Paul would only have one solo song each.

The disagreement with the distribution of songs was also reflected in the reaction of Ruslana, who would have expressed her discontent by liking a tweet that mentioned the “second solos of Ruslana and Paul”, insinuating that this situation is true.

In addition, some followers have expressed their dissatisfaction with the absence of certain songs in the setlist, such as ‘Amapolas’, the duet performed by Paul Thin and Álvaro Mayo during the competition.

The controversy surrounding the distribution of songs on the ‘Operación Triunfo 2023’ tour has generated an intense debate on social networks and among the program’s followers, who are waiting for a response from the organization regarding these criticisms.
