There is no morning without sun, nor without a good dose of Aruser@s, the La Sexta magazine presented by Alfonso Arús that sweeps morning television. And the Catalan presenter is already famous for his comments, reflections and insults, the latter even directed at famous people.
However, this Thursday, the journalist wanted to break a spear in favor of women, sing the mea culpa and make it clear that men also have their own thing. That being a man can be “unbearable”, or at least, those who have certain traits.
Aruser@s began like every morning by reviewing the most viral videos of the moment. One of the hottest topics that are gaining more prominence are those that have to do with the so-called red flags.
That is, about those acts, actions or ways of being that generate rejection in other people. In this case, the video in question featured women talking about what they can’t stand about men.
Among the answers: that they say “neither machismo nor feminism”, that they speak disparagingly of women and, above all, of their ex-partners, even that they talk a lot. Then, at the end of the images, Alfonso Arús launched a surprising message, or rather, an unusual reflection.
“There is something for everyone,” the presenter began by saying. “But men have unbearable traits,” he asserted without hesitation. A comment that has caught the spectators by surprise, although not so much his table companions, who deal with him day after day and know well how the Catalan thinks.
Already during the debate, the program’s collaborators have listed a long list of things that they do not like at all about men: “That he is a rat”, “that he is not considerate of the other person”, “that he talks badly about his exes ” or “that are flattering.”
And here the presenter unleashed another good dart: “Yes. The flatterers, no longer in a couple, in general. The one who sucks up to you, bad. The flattery, from the start, is a lie. They see themselves coming.”
