Meryl Streep is one of the most chameleonic actresses in Hollywood in every sense. The protagonist of Mamma Mia has not only demonstrated her versatility when it comes to playing different characters, she also has one of the most applauded styles for her elegant and timeless looks.

This was demonstrated again at the IHeart Radio Music Awards, held this past Monday. Streep was in charge of presenting the award to Cher that recognized her entire career in the music industry. “The only woman in the United States who has managed to have a number 1 over 7 decades,” Meryl stated on stage.

For the occasion, the 74-year-old veteran actress dazzled in a white satin fabric dress by Lanvin. A piece that was not a premiere, since she had worn it for the first time in 2015 and she recovered it for this special moment with one of her great friends.

Streep exuded elegance with a shirt dress with pronounced shoulders, front buttoning and a suggestive V-neckline. A piece that was fitted at her waist and with which the actress showed off her legs, since it has a large opening in the central part of the skirt.

Meryl combined this design with metallic sandals with a killer heel and wore her loose hair combed with volume. She also opted for very soft makeup, with her eyes marked with eyeliner and pink lips.

A timeless and minimalist style that could already be seen nine years ago in the tribute that Lanvin made to its then creative director, Alber Elbaz. Meryl debuted this impeccable dress and wore it with her hair up in a casual bun and glasses with the smallest frames. She also wore much longer earrings and a different type of makeup.
