The day finally came. This Saturday, Edurne and David De Gea got married in Menorca, surrounded by all their loved ones and some well-known faces, such as Risto Mejide, Dani Martínez or Santi Millán. The couple celebrates their love in style this weekend, in a celebration that lasted three days. If Edurne’s pre-wedding dress did not leave anyone indifferent, her wedding dress did less. Once again, the interpreter of Despierta y Amanecer demonstrated her good taste and that if something characterizes her, it is her elegance.

The couple said ‘yes, I do’ in an intimate ceremony held at Les Pedreres de Lhitica de S’Hostal, near Ciutadella, on the island of Menorca. Accompanied by around 80 guests, the couple sealed their love after twelve years of relationship and a daughter in common, Yanay, who was also one of the undisputed stars of the celebration, with the permission of her parents.

The chosen enclave, Las Canteras de S’Hostal, provided a magical setting for the wedding. These rehabilitated quarries, with high walls, labyrinths and beautiful gardens, created the perfect atmosphere for the celebration. The couple posed for the media, showing their joy and revealing details of the wedding venue. If something particularly attracted attention, apart from the complicity that the couple squandered, it was the singer’s spectacular bridal look.

Edurne married in a princess-cut dress with a lot of flare, strapless and full of floral details and beading. Edurne chose the new collection by the Lebanese Elie Saab, a collection in which shine, transparency, embroidery and special fabrics reign. Edurne chose this dress that enhanced her bust, shoulders and hips and fitted her waist. In short, a design that made her look radiant on a day as special as yesterday.

Of this dress, not the floral details and the rhinestones. Distributed throughout the piece, they gave the wedding dress a romantic and sweet touch. On the other hand, Edurne wore a spectacular long veil that fell over the skirt of her voluminous dress and had the same floral details and beading. A spectacular look that, in addition to being elegant, was typical of one of the traditional Disney tales in which the princesses look radiant.

Edurne opted for her big day for simple makeup in earth tones and wore a semi-updo with undone braids that gave her outfit a boho air. In addition, the singer released her paraded bangs framing her face and chose discreet accessories, such as small earrings and a tiny shiny pendant. Nothing about her outshone her on one of the most important days of her life.

It was in 2010 when Edurne and David de Gea met. Both got together in a solidarity event; the recording of a Christmas carol in favor of the Madrina Foundation. The connection between the two occurred instantly, and since then they have become inseparable. The couple’s first daughter, Yanay, came into the world in March 2021. She is the greatest treasure of her parents, who have put the finishing touch to her love this weekend.
