Jennifer Aniston takes care of her body like few others. The Friends actress works hard to stay in shape at 55 years old. She achieves this thanks to a series of exercises that are part of the Pvolve plan, a “revolutionary method” that combines resistance training with low-impact exercises.
Aniston shows on her social networks some of the exercises that have hooked her on this discipline, which she repeats until Mondays, when the week has only just begun.
In a video published on Instagram, you can see how the actress performs several exercises to strengthen her abdomen, work on balance with both feet and also how she performs typical push-ups, although not with much success, because she is very tired at the end of the routine.
Aniston got hooked on the Pvolve method in 2021, after a major back injury. “Especially as we approach our beautiful periods of old age, we have to keep it exciting. And we have to be kinder to our bodies,” the actress explained in statements to People.
This method has been so important to her that last August she decided to partner with its founder, Rachel Katzman. Since then, her involvement is total, to the point that she has starred in several advertisements and spots.
Those responsible for this method assure that it is different “from other traditional fitness programs, which perform repetitive stationary movements that can cause excessive tension and muscle imbalance.”
Instead, Pvolve helps gain “better overall strength, coordination, mobility, balance, better postural alignment, and longevity of movement.” Additionally, they contribute to good “muscle tone, endurance and overall musculoskeletal health, from head to toe.”
