The case of the alleged rape of soccer player Achraf Hakimi, a former Real Madrid player who is currently at Paris Saint-Germain, is still under full investigation. This is the second accusation of this type against a soccer player, added to the already known one against Dani Alves.

With many more questions than evidence, the Telecinco program Ya es mediodía spoke this Monday, exclusively, with the lawyer of the victim of this alleged rape, Rachel-Flore Pardo. It has done so thanks to the work of Mar Saiz, a journalist for the space presented by Joaquín Prat, who presented the lawyer as a “very mediatic” person in France, the country where the events took place, as well as “very activist with crimes of violence sexual”.

Saiz begins his speech by recalling again that the alleged victim “has not denounced”, to later ensure that “no accusation is automatic” and that, if this point has been reached, it is because “there are some compelling indications for the investigating judge to accused Achraf”.

This new case is doubly mediatic, since Hakimi’s football career is added to the fact that he is the husband of actress Hiba Abouk. As a result, there has even been a leak of the name of the alleged victim by a French media outlet, as Joaquín Prat recalled. According to Mar Saiz, the lawyer is trying to “preserve the safety of her client and, in addition, not hinder the process”, as she has stated in Ya es mediodía. “She asks us not to give any data or any initials,” she continued.

According to the Telecinco program, Rachel-Flore has condemned “any intention to question her client.” The lawyer assures that this type of discredit is common towards “women who have the courage to denounce acts of rape of which they are victims.”

Finally, the lawyer recalled that a case like this “requires to be treated as seriously as possible by the justice system”, for which her client “will only express herself before the justice system”, as already stated It is noon.
