The book by Aless Lequio completed by Ana Obregón, El chico de las musarañas, hides somewhat surprising confessions and passages in the more than 300 pages of a publication that is becoming a bestseller.

Especially interesting is the section of the book that includes the original writings of the actress’s son and Alejandro Lequio, 20 pages that he left written before he died, and which are the embryo of the work that his mother has now completed together with the creation of the foundation that bears his name and the desire to be a father.

The pages written by Aless embrace an ironic style, with scathing, highly descriptive and reflective humor and some somewhat surreal dialogues, with which the young businessman began to recount his illness, paying special attention to that Friday when, after Going to the hospital for an inspection due to continued pain in his stomach, he was diagnosed with the disease that finally ended his life on May 13, 2020.

Aless does not use the first names of the protagonists, but the characters are easily unidentifiable. In those final texts, she refers to him as Tom and to his girlfriend at the time Carolina Monje as Karen, while his mother is Doña Aitana while he defines his father as Don Ernesto. Throughout the three chapters in his handwriting, you see different dialogues between the characters, leaving it up to the air as to whether those conversations happened that way or he has endowed them with a certain literature and acid spirit.

It is striking that in one of the passages where his then partner, Carolina Monje, and her mother intervene, the young man recounts a somewhat tense relationship between them, as if Ana Obregón had not accepted well Aless’s first official nova, a reflection that he includes himself in one of his texts.

In one of the chapters, Aless narrates the tension that supposedly existed between Carolina and Ana Obregón when the latter refused to have her son undergo the tests at the center she had gone to that day, and took him to another center for a test. new review. “Nana, I don’t agree. They’re going to take longer than expected and Tom needs a diagnosis by yesterday. Also, we already have an appointment set for Monday, what do you care if they do it here or there? To which Obregón would respond with “I said no.”

The young businesswoman recounts how his mother comes to the rescue and while his girlfriend is in a supermarket, she takes him by car to have that check-up done at another center where he would finally end up having surgery the same night. Yes, he draws attention in this more or less fictitious dialogue, the words that he puts into the mouth of his girlfriend about his mother: “I don’t understand why he never pays attention to me. Do you think he understands what I’m saying or he just skips listening to me”.

The description of this episode does not end here and Aless narrates how her mother calls again and with the phone in speakerphone mode she pronounces the following sentence: “Since you’ve been with that girl you’ve done nothing but make a memo, she’s abducted you, son My, I don’t recognize you anymore!”, he writes.

Lequio himself outlines this reflection in the following paragraph: “You don’t have to be Freud to understand the reasons behind the behavior of a single and temperamental mother in front of the first serious partner of her only child. You end up accepting overprotection and you only jump when manners go beyond the confines of respect; something that was beginning to be frequent and it was not of a healthy tone ”.

Did Aless recount in this passage the real and tense relationship that his mother had with her partner? Beyond the complicity that we saw after the businessman’s goodbye between the actress and the designer, were there any quarrels between them beyond the decision to make Aless a father? Perhaps Ana Obregón during the presentation of the book can shed some light on this aspect, now that it has also been revealed that in recent days she would have sent a letter to her ex-daughter-in-law thanking her for her silence and inviting her to meet Ana Sandra.
