Like every Wednesday, the most popular dating restaurant on television has opened its doors to welcome several single couples, who cross the four walls of First Dates with the hope of finding their better half. But the mission is much more complicated than that, and sometimes it takes a lot more to get out of the program hand in hand with someone.

Fran, a 49-year-old single man, arrived at the restaurant defining himself as a very humble, loyal person with very high family values. The bachelor told the presenter that he had only been in love once in his life: with his wife. ”I married the mother of my son 20 years ago. Actually I like men, but I felt very attracted to her and I fell in love with her,’ he confessed.

After separating from his wife, Fran decided to explore his sexual identity, although he confessed that he got lost along the way. ”I fell into the dark side,” she said. As a result of what happened to her, she trained to be a body therapist and is now open to finding love again. His date was going to be Fermín, a very cheerful 46-year-old single, who claimed to have “more virtues than defects.”

The first impression of both was very different. While Fran seemed to be satisfied with the bachelor, Fermín showed complete rejection of him. ”I see him in a nightclub and I don’t look at him, unless he had a broom and was sweeping to leave the space free,” Fermín declared.

Despite having very similar professions, the connection between the singles was not flowing. And Fran was seeing that Fermín was not the person she thought. ”I have not seen generosity, I have not seen nobility, nor humility, which for me are fundamental values ??in a person,” she assured.

The evening continued and the topic of age came up. Fermín ”deceived” his date by saying that he was 30 years old, but Fran questioned it and asked his age. ”But what about that question?” he said. After saying his age, Fermín confessed that he liked younger men. ”I prefer two 25-year-olds to one 50-year-old. “I didn’t like him,” said the bachelor.

In the show’s booth, they both had the opportunity to get to know each other a little better, but neither of them were open to it. Fran even insisted that Fermín did not have that noble part that would have conquered him. So in the final decision there were no surprises and both were rejected.
