It was last June 23, 2023 when Sálvame came to an end. The leadership of Mediaset decided to dispense with the format, which accompanied thousands of Telecinco viewers every afternoon for around fourteen years. This news was a hard blow for the fans, but also for everyone who worked on the set for more than a decade, as well as for the collaborators. Now, Terelu Campos, who was part of that universe, has revealed that there is a WhatsApp group in which not all the collaborators would be found.
While Carmen Borrego is in Supervivientes, María Teresa Campos’ other daughter, Terelu, sat on the set of El Show de Bertín to give an interview to Bertín Osborne. Among other topics, the journalist addressed the relationship that she currently has with her colleagues from the program in which she worked for so many years, the legendary Sálvame.
It is worth remembering that after the cancellation of the program, several of its collaborators filmed Every man for himself!, a docuseries in which they traveled to Mexico and Miami to try to find work on television there, after the cancellation of the program. One of them was Terelu, who traveled with Kiko Hernández, Víctor Sandoval, Belén Esteban, Lydia Lozano, Chelo García Cortés, Kiko Matamoros and María Patiño.
During her interview, Terelu confessed to Bertín that there is a WhatsApp group, but not all the faces that were part of the Telecinco program are in it. “It’s just what we’ve done with Netflix,” she confessed, revealing that his relationship with his colleagues has not always been easy. “We have little to do with each other, in the way we express ourselves, in the way we are… There are times when we get along and there are times when we don’t,” the television station stated.
Although Terelu explained that they are very different from each other, she did not hesitate to show the affection she feels towards her colleagues, especially towards María Patiño, with whom she gets along “phenomenally”, or Belén Esteban, with whom she has a fantastic relationship. “I have a very special affection for Belén, I started talking to her in her first moments, when she felt very alone. I always recommend her for a program, it is transparent. She doesn’t need anyone for good or for the worse,” said Terelu, about his relationship with his teammates.
