Tamara Falcó and Íñigo Onieva have already opened their new luxury home. The couple has finally taken the step of moving into the luxury penthouse that she bought off-plan at the end of 2020 and that she planned to become the nest where they could create a happy family.

The Marquises of Griñón thus begin a new stage, in which they could welcome a third member into the family if their wishes are fulfilled. A fabulous home, valued at more than one million euros and located in one of the most luxurious areas of Madrid.

190 square meters of housing distributed over two floors, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large terrace that has already been the subject of controversy due to the “floral blockade” that the marchioness had arranged to preserve the privacy of her family and stop be the object of prying eyes.

A modern and cozy home, designed to the millimeter by the creative team at Kronos Homes, responsible for the entire distribution of the entire urbanization – which consists of exteriors and large green areas; as well as access to all common areas, which include a swimming pool, spa, gym and gourmet social area – and with the architecture studio A-cero, whose head, the famous architect Joaquín Torres, who has also been very vocal about his decisions for housing, which cost him a controversy with Tamara herself.

It must be said that the aristocrat dreamed of a very specific layout and decoration, so as soon as she received the keys to the home, she hired the famous interior designer Beatriz Silveira to transform her attic. Now, after months of renovations, she would finally be to her liking.

A home connected with a spiral staircase, private terrace with stunning views of the forest parks of Dehesa de la Villa, Casa de Campo and Monte de El Pardo; and a lot of color, but in a minimalist style. “It’s the first house I’ve ever bought, so it had to be very special,” says Tamara. “I think it’s spectacular: it has a mix of classic and modern details that I love.”

A bedroom, the “sacred temple” of Tamara Falcó, with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, carpeted in white. Kitchens and bathrooms with the Porcelanosa seal and many, many very special details. “Coming here has been the right decision, a complete success,” says the Marchioness of Griñón.

Among other decorative elements, this new home would have all kinds of very personal details, such as souvenirs from her many trips or memories brought from the El Rincón palace, the last residence of Tamara’s father, Carlos Falcó, who died at the beginning of the pandemic due to of complications derived from Covid.

Until now, the couple had been living in a rental apartment located in the center of Madrid, in one of the most exclusive areas of the capital. A few weeks ago, they left their charming apartment to move to Isabel Preysler’s house in the Puerta de Hierro urbanization, just five minutes from the new residence of Tamara Falcó, who also lives a short distance from her mother-in-law, Carolina Molas.
