STAR Trek and Lethal Weapon actor Alan Scarfe has passed away at the age of 77 after a battle with colon cancer. The British-Canadian star, known for his roles in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Lethal Weapon III, died at his home in Canada.

Scarfe, who portrayed two separate Romulan characters in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Magistrate Augris in a Star Trek: Voyager episode, was a beloved figure in the entertainment industry. He also appeared in the film Seven Days alongside other notable projects.

The actor leaves behind a legacy in both film and theatre, having acted in over 100 theatre productions and directing plays. Scarfe was also a talented writer, winning an award for his novel “The Revelation of Jack the Ripper.”

Throughout his career, Scarfe’s family was his rock, with his daughter Antonia “Tosia” and son-in-law Austin providing care and support during his illness. Scarfe’s wife, fellow Star Trek actor Barbara March, also tragically passed away from cancer in 2019.

Born in Harpenden, England, Scarfe emigrated to Canada with his family at a young age. He later returned to the UK to study drama and eventually made a name for himself in Hollywood.
