Shakira is back in Miami after spending a few days on the European continent. The singer visited France to attend Paris fashion week, where she stood out in an incredible outfit that featured a huge ”NO” on her chest, but she also had time to enjoy some races at Silverstone and some tennis matches at Wimbledon.

Although since her separation from former FC Barcelona player Gerard Piqué her love life has become one of the favorite topics of the world’s media dedicated to the world of the heart, on this trip the Colombian has been linked to at least two different men: the racing driver Lewis Hamilton, with whom she shares a great ‘friendship’, and the Miami Heat basketball player Jimmy Butler.

Recently arrived in the American city, Shakira experienced an uncomfortable moment due to the impertinent question that a reporter asked her when she was going to her car with her two children Milan and Sasha.

The Colombian and her little ones were leaving the airport and heading to the vehicle that was going to take them home when Leonel Arguelles, a journalist from the El Gordo y la Flaca program, approached to ask the artist about her romantic life, among other things.

To begin with, Arguelles asked her to send greetings to all her fans and the singer sent her audience a kiss in good manners. Shortly after, the reporter asked if the children were going to share a school with the children of Messi, who has just settled in the city after signing for Inter Miami. Although Shakira didn’t answer, her son Milan smiled shyly.

But the tension came when the communicator asked Gerard Piqué’s ex if she would give love a second chance, something that did not go down very well with the singer of Hips don’t Lie or Monotonía, who responded dryly and emphatically: “Please, a little respect, I’m with the children.”

The video of the response has gone viral on social networks and, although the reporter immediately apologized upon receiving the artist’s response, many users have criticized the abuse that the press exerts on some public figures of the moment.

”How abusive, just like when they asked Piqué about the supposed wedding with Clara. You shouldn’t ask them any of that in front of the children. They should be denounced”, ”Horrible what happened to the press, speechless”, ”What a queen” or ”I don’t know whether to call these people journalists” are some of the comments and messages that can be read online.
