The case of Daniel Sancho has left aspects beyond what happened in Thailand that have blown everything up in the air. Rodolfo Sancho’s son remains in Koh Samui prison awaiting the trial that will decide whether or not he is guilty of having murdered and dismembered the Colombian surgeon Edwin Arrieta. A case that has affected the actor and Silvia Bronchalo, mother of the accused.
A few days ago it was learned that Silvia went to a police station to file a complaint against her ex-partner, Rodolfo, for an alleged crime of gender violence. The analyst claims that she has received WhatsApp messages “insulting and harassing her.” For this reason, this Friday the first part of the trial takes place and the actor has not kept quiet at the doors of the court.
Visibly angry, Rodolfo Sancho has found himself involved in a huge wave of journalists. Given this, he has been heard on several occasions asking the press for calm. “You’re pushing me, please. Hey, do you want me to talk or not?” He stated forcefully.
After achieving silence among those present, he released some statements with which he wanted to sentence everything. “I am very angry with this and this type of complaint does a disservice to people who really suffer gender violence. That’s it, thank you,” he said, before entering the door.
This Friday it is the actor’s turn to testify before the judge and he is very clear that he has not done what his ex-partner claims. “In a state of law, when someone is accused of such a serious crime, it must be proven,” said Rodolfo Sancho’s lawyer in a statement from his office, Balfagón.
“There is evidence, in the possession of our client Mr. Rodolfo Sancho Aguirre, that does reliably demonstrate serious threats and insults by Mrs. Silvia Bronchalo Santos, which are not only limited to her person, but are also extended to her lawyers and where an express threat is made towards his partner, his daughter, a minor, and the professional career of our client,” they added.
For her part, Silvia Bronchalo has taken her ex-partner to trial, claiming to have proof of everything she denounces. As Open Case revealed at first, the actor would have shown her displeasure for her and for her way of acting in the case of her son, sending her adjectives such as “incapable” or “crazy.”
Likewise, Daniel Sancho’s mother has included in the complaint that the actor had accused her of having bipolar disorder. Now, she remains to see how the corresponding trials will happen and what the judge’s final decision will be.
