Provisional freedom for Antonio Tejado and the others detained for the assault on María del Monte's house

Antonio Tejado and the other five detained for the assault on María del Monte’s house would be provisionally released without bail although with precautionary measures, as decreed by Judge Gutiérrez Casillas.

This has been confirmed by the Diario de Sevilla, a medium that has assured that the judge of Instruction number 16 of Seville has already agreed to the release of the individuals involved in the alleged robbery of Gines’ home during the early hours of August 25. .

Last Monday, the Prosecutor’s Office requested 100,000 euros of bail for Antonio Tejado and the Russian citizen Arseny Garibyan, while the rest of those involved in the robbery were asked for a bail of 50,000 euros.

However, the judge has finally decided to impose a series of precautionary measures such as the obligation to appear in court on the 7th and 21st of each month, the withdrawal of the passport and a restraining order for the victims.

The circumstances to maintain the provisional detention measure would have changed after the third request for freedom. Likewise, the six investigated have already served more than three months in prison, a fact that affects the final decision.
