The Promise has returned to the small screen one more day with a most exciting episode. In the latest installment of the Spanish Television La 1 series, Cruz, distrusting a possible relationship between Manuel and Blanca Palomar, will decide to address the issue directly with her, asking her if she has any connection with her son. This action will annoy Blanca, who will decide to tell Manuel what happened. As a consequence, the relationship between Manuel and Jana will continue to deteriorate, generating concern and inevitable distances between them.
Meanwhile, the relationship between Lope and Vera reaches its most critical point, spreading its tension to the rest of their companions and culminating in an inevitable breakup. On the other hand, Simona continues to harbor doubts about Virtues’ honesty. However, when she tries to investigate further, her daughter is evasive, adding more uncertainty to the situation.
In the next chapter of The Promise, Cruz will find himself in a delicate situation with Blanca when, bluntly, he questions her about her possible relationship with her son. Meanwhile, Catalina will be plunged into worry about her jam business, and an unpleasant surprise, involving Lorenzo, will further agitate her nerves.
On the other hand, Cruz urges her husband to take action regarding Count Ayala in La Promesa, while Martina continues to reproach her mother for her closeness to the illustrious character.
Vera confesses that she has ended her relationship with Lope, while Jana reveals to María Fernández that, at the time of Jimena’s suicide, she was aware of the relationship between her and Manuel.
On the other hand, Cruz finds out that Dieguito is in La Promesa and pressures the housekeeper to return him to Beni’s house. She accuses Ricardo of having betrayed her, although he denies it. Furthermore, Pía will face an unpleasant discovery.
