The Promise has returned to the small screen one more day with a most intense episode. In this latest installment of the Spanish Television La 1 series, we have seen how Jana has had to face Abel’s marriage proposal.

The maid has tried to avoid his proposal. All this while Manuel has decided to leave the palace to disconnect from his wife. Only Catalina, to whom Manuel left a letter before leaving, knows her true motives.

On the other hand, Curro continues trying to bring closer positions with Alonso, so Cruz has asked Lorenzo to act quickly by sending his son to study abroad.

As for Martina’s nocturnal escapades, these have begun to transcend the service, while the gentlemen, oblivious to this, are increasingly concerned about her state of health.

In the next episode of La 1’s star soap opera, Manuel’s absence will take its toll on Jimena. He will first tell Martina that she is preparing a romantic trip to Italy and then he will confront her Marchioness, accusing her of washing her hands of the problems of her marriage to Manuel de her.

Curro will confront Martina now that he knows what is hidden behind her escapades. But he is not the only one who knows, Feliciano will also discover the girl’s secret.

Likewise, Jana will avoid Abel after her unfortunate marriage proposal, and María Fernández will have to deal with Valentín’s entertainment, something that Salvador, who is still in love with the maid, does not like one bit.

Finally, Curro will reject Lorenzo’s proposal to go to England to study: on the one hand there is Martina, and on the other his budding relationship with his real father. Will Curro manage to stay in the palace? We’ll find out in the next episode.
