Just a few days after the assault on Miguel Bosé along with his children at his home in Mexico, at the hands of a group of hooded men who took absolutely everything and who fled the place, taking the singer’s vehicle to his own, it arrives in our country the information of a new robbery at gunpoint in Mexico.
On this occasion, it was the victim herself, the Catalan presenter Mónica Pont, who confirmed the news through social networks. In her message, the actress also wanted to send a message to future travelers to the Mexican country warning them of what they should not do so that the same thing does not happen to them. The danger of the robbery has been such that the janitor of her building has been shot.

As published by EDA TV, Pont was assaulted in the elevator of her home in Mexico City, where she has lived for years given her professional ties to the country, after returning from a trip to Talum.
Apparently, the offender followed the presenter, who was in the company of her son Javier, from the airport to her home. Once there, the robber asked them for the two watches they were wearing: two Rolexes valued at more than 20,000 euros.
At one point, the property’s janitor wanted to intervene to help Pont and his son, but the robber shot him. “Please, if you can, pray for the life of Manuel, my goalkeeper, who in an act of heroism risked his life to try to protect us,” Mónica Pont asked through her social networks, confirming the facts. In addition, the presenter also wanted to issue a warning to future visitors to avoid similar events.
“I want to warn and try to prevent anyone who arrives in this country with watches, jewelry or exchanges cash at the airport exchange houses, not to do so,” he asked in a publication. And he added: “There is currently a gang at the Mexico City airport that follows you to your house and has no qualms about shooting you to steal whatever you have on you.”
