Television collaborator Pipi Estrada has visited The Objective’s El purgatorio program to speak openly about his career in the world of television, the end of Sálvame or his addictions, among other things.
Miriam Sánchez’s ex-partner has done everything on the small screen. From her presenting and commenting on sports programs to advising different people in their search for love, as she did for several seasons on Mujeres y Hombres y Viceversa. Her shamelessness, clarity and honesty have made her one of the regular faces on our television schedule and have kept her in such a complicated industry for several decades.
In the interview, Teresa Viera’s ex was very sincere and confessed that to this day he is still waiting for Josep Pedrerol to call him to return to the Chiringuito de Jugones, a program in which he was very happy.
Despite the fact that the presenter of the sports program has assured him on several occasions that they will have him in the future, Estrada does not have them all with him: “Honestly, I have lost hope.”
With a casual attitude and showing himself totally unconcerned, the commentator confessed that he is addicted to love, although he later qualified his words and preferred to define himself as a sex addict: “Diagnosed, verified and confirmed.”
The interviewer, Carlos Padilla, asked him bluntly if he used pills, to which the Spaniard responded emphatically to leave no room for doubt: “The spring works for me, thank God.”
At one point, the interview addressed the issue of racist insults suffered by Vinícius and Estrada freely commented: ”I’m not saying that Vinícius has to be insulted with racist phrases. But football has a component where people go with the intention of disturbing, of provoking the rival to weaken him”.
A little later, he pointed out that he is in favor of persecuting those chants and expelling anyone who tarnishes the image of such a beautiful sport: “We have to live in a much more civic way and we have to make sport also be much healthier. Because? Because in other sports there are also black athletes and they don’t receive those insults.”
As a result of commenting on the reality of the Brazilian soccer player, Pipi Estrada gave some very controversial statements: ”Human beings are black, yellow or white. And the races must be respected. What’s more, you have to live together. And nothing happens, because I would like to be black. Because? Yes, because I look too white and my clothes don’t fit well. In the other life I want to be black because it is more elegant.
”I am against racism 100%. But I also repeat that if I go provoking life, it is normal for them to smack me, “said the interviewee to close the topic of the footballer while he was irritated.
The part of the interview in which Estrada confesses that he would like to be black has gone viral on social networks and has caused a great social uproar, since, according to popular opinion, the collaborator ignores the racism suffered by millions of people in everyone and reduces being black to a matter of elegance.
”What an absurdity of people and what an absurdity of the media that give them a voice”, ”Pipi Estrada is more senile with each passing day” or ”Pipi Estrada is a government experiment and I confirm it more every day” ‘ are some of the comments that can be read on the different platforms.
