When choosing lighting for the home, many look for the one that gives a warm and special atmosphere. Perhaps for this reason, some resort to candles, very popular in recent times. However, there are those who opt for purchasing this type of candles with aroma included to achieve a cozy atmosphere and those who decide to make their own candles, with the risk of accidents that this entails.

Paz Padilla has experienced firsthand what that means, after purchasing a candle-making kit and trying to make a few to put in her home. The Cádiz-born presenter was at home with her daughter, Anna, when her attempt to create her own candles almost ended with a fire in her house.

Luckily, the presenter’s “obsession” with making candles ended without injuries, but we hope that the woman from Cádiz has learned a valuable lesson: all precaution is little before launching yourself fully with this type of craft.

The presenter’s problem was probably not choosing an area that was dry and cool enough for it to cool down (they are seen in the kitchen in the video), as humidity can slow down the cooling process and even cause the candle to burn. it bursts.

The presenter is a humorist and a talented actress, but during the confinement period, the woman from Cádiz showed another of her facets, unknown to many: she is very fond of crafts.

The artist not only has her own fashion label with her daughter Anna (NoNiNa), for which they design the motifs themselves; she but also she is a lover of painting and gardening. What’s more, her huge garden is one of her pride of home.

Currently, the presenter is recovered after being operated on her throat, for which she had to stop working for a few days. However, she is already on the move again, and has just completed her last two shows in Fuerteventura and Lanzarote with success in El humor de mi vida, which she performs together with guitarist Juan Fernández (Raw Material).

The work of Paz Padilla is the first major peninsular production to be presented on each and every one of the islands of the Canary archipelago.
