Some users on social networks say that Rocío Carrasco visits the courts more than the people who work there. They do not lack reason, since in recent days the daughter of Rocío Jurado has been involved in different legal cases that have to do with her ex-husband, Antonio David Flores, his ex-partner, Olga Moreno, and the children she has in common with the former civil guard.

On June 28, we all witnessed how the protagonist of the documentary Rocío, telling the truth to stay alive stood up to her ex and her children in the trial for which they accused her of family abandonment. Carlota Corredera’s friend was summoned at 9:30 a.m. in the Criminal Court of Madrid to sit in the defendant’s dock for not paying the pension to her son David Flores for five years. The Prosecutor’s Office asks him in this case for a year in prison and a fine of 19,000 euros.

The defendant’s absence caused the trial to be suspended. Upon leaving the building, Antonio David Flores spoke briefly with the press and explained, visibly relieved, that he could not say anything.

The next appointment that united the protagonists was going to be held today, on July 6. Due to a surprising move by the lawyer of Rocío Flores’ father, the hearing has been suspended. The medium dedicated to the heart press Lecturas has been in charge of revealing the news, although it has announced that it will reveal all the details in the next issue of its magazine.

According to the information that the aforementioned media outlet has received exclusively, Antonio David Flores’ lawyer requested on July 4 the suspension of the aforementioned hearing, alleging that evidence that had not been taken had been admitted for processing.

This case was initiated by Rocío Carrasco with a complaint in which she claims compensation of 80,000 euros (60,000 euros of the debt for not paying the pensions to her children and 20,000 euros for the damages caused and late-payment interest). In this legal process, the Prosecutor’s Office requests four years in jail for Antonio David Flores for a punishable insolvency crime, so we are dealing with a rather serious matter.

Yesterday it came to light that the Court of First Instance number 5 of Madrid informed the parties that the lawsuit against Olga Moreno filed by Rocío Carrasco for an interview that Flores’ ex-partner conducted in Sálvame Deluxe in December 2019 has been dismissed and that Carrasco will have to face the costs.

On this occasion, the daughter of Rocío Jurado asked for 150,000 euros to compensate for the damage caused. It should be noted that against this decision of the Court of First Instance number 5 of Madrid it is possible to appeal, but that Carrasco has already lost before the Supreme Court the two cases in which he denounced the winner of Survivors for the interviews in the media Semana y Lecturas .
