Julián Contreras once again makes headlines after his latest controversy: Carmina Ordóñez’s youngest son would have claimed 12,000 euros from the woman to whom he tried to rent an apartment. We tell you everything below.

As revealed in the program Así es la vida, Contreras would have tried to “seduce” the landlady’s mother to get an apartment for rent in Córdoba, a dispute that joins the dispute he is currently waging with his former landlady. Madrid, which demands 30,000 euros.

“My mother said to him, ‘What name do I keep you under?’ And he already said: ‘Julián, Julián Contreras’. My mother, who is quite tough, practically allowed herself to be seduced. (…) What really makes us angry is that he is going to deceive another person,” the woman said in dish.

After providing her testimony on television, the woman has received a burofax from Contreras’ legal team, which says the following: “You have disseminated to some media (press and television) the private communications that I had with you, without my without prior or express consent, which is very serious. (…) I come to request that within a period of no more than 72 hours you compensate me with a total amount of 12,000 euros.”

Contreras’ non-landlord from Córdoba detailed: “We were contacted by a woman who said he was her client. Like an agent. They wanted some plans of the house because there is one of the people who has visual limitations. It turns out it was the father.” After being rejected, Julián Contreras decided to try again, this time contacting himself anonymously.

“With so much history, we were waiting for Vargas Llosa” details the woman, who asked him for 1,150 euros: “She didn’t have any problem with the price because since she wasn’t going to pay… it seemed perfect to her” adds the lady. However, negotiations soon broke down. Of course, Contreras chose to apologize for the setback: “I was very excited to live there and, even with all the guarantees, it is impossible for me,” she said.
