Breakups are never easy. Leaving a stage of your life behind and starting over without that person who has been with you for a long time is hard and is part of a long process. There are those who manage to forge a friendship with their ex-partner, but most people choose to put things aside and let time heal the wounds.
A house can retain many memories, and not everyone is able to endure continuing to live in the same home that was once synonymous with love. Nagore, for example, has decided to sell the property and start a new life after his breakup with the presenter and writer Sandra Barneda.
Their former marital home is located in the center of Madrid, a few minutes from Puerta del Sol, and it was an apartment on the fifth floor with five rooms and recently renovated. Nagore bought the house in the first instance by requesting a loan of 275,000 euros that expired in 2048.
As reported by the newspaper El Español, the Telecinco collaborator formalized the sale on October 6 and sold it to a renowned architect. Although the final price is unknown, it is estimated that the house was around 300,000 euros. The determining problem that forced Nagore to make the decision beyond the breakup is that the building does not have an elevator and she suffers from terrible back pain.
Far from what one might think, Nagore has decided to rent a ground floor apartment in La Finca, in Pozuelo de Alarcón. The new house is an exterior ground floor with two bedrooms and 120 square meters that includes a garage.
The apartment is within a wealthy urbanization, with a swimming pool, gym and lots of vegetation. If Nagore had wanted to buy the property she would have had to pay 1.2 million euros, but it is estimated that she has rented it for about 3,000 euros per month.
