Without fear, without holding back and with nothing to hide. Mélani Olivares has always been very open when it comes to giving answers to all kinds of questions, but on this occasion, the actress has gotten wet on issues of sex and a couple, confessing the odd personal secret of hers.

Olivares talks about everything, absolutely everything in his latest interview with Iñako Díaz-Guerra for El Mundo; even confessing his sexual orientation, something he had never talked about before and which he answers with complete sincerity, without the need to “classify” himself as anything. “The way of living that I have I tell without a problem,” she says.

The actress confesses in her new book, Momento RE, where she opens up and tells her best-kept secrets, such as the fact that she identifies with the adjectives “bisexual” and “polyamorous.” Two parts of the essence of her that she had never confessed, but for a reason: she had never asked.

“What do I do? Go with a banner? I don’t know, it’s absurd, I like people and I have sex and relationships with women and men. And what? Am I bisexual?”, she wonders, “And polyamorous I don’t know, maybe, but I believe that the failure of a relationship is being with someone you don’t want to be with, not leaving it in time,” he said, stressing the importance of prioritizing mental health.

A confession that the actress makes with total sincerity, since “she has no interest in labels.”

An interest in the subject that has generated endless headlines, such as the one generated by her comments about when she became pregnant and decided to end that pregnancy by being with someone “who did not know who she was”, just before adopting her eldest daughter. , Martina.

The Catalan went to La Roca to talk about this new experience and revealed something unprecedented: before going to look for her daughter in Ethiopia, she found out that she was pregnant by a stranger: “Just before going to look for my daughter Martina I stayed pregnant by someone I don’t even know who it was,” she explained.

For her part, she was very clear: she already had a daughter and was waiting for her in Ethiopia. “I already have a daughter. Is that a good or bad decision?” She wondered, adding that “women have the right to choose and have the family planning that we want. That’s it.”

To finish, the actress also wanted to give her opinion about gender stereotypes, and how there are still taboo topics around women of a certain age. The one from Badalona fiercely criticized the double standards that still exist for a large part of society, that she does not see with good eyes that women enjoy sex.

“The number of men who still can’t get over the fact that we fuck is incredible,” he laments, “Let’s see, gentlemen of the world, women of 50 years old fuck! Surprise yourself as much as it takes, but it is what it is. We have the same right than you”.

The actress laments that the applauded “what machos we are” is equivalent to disqualifying demeaning for women. “What’s the problem with liking sex? What’s the problem with saying it? Am I a pig, am I a whore? Well, yes, it seems to be surprising.”
