The relationship between Miguel Bosé and Nacho Palau has been one of the most talked about this year, both in the world of the heart and in the judicial world. The couple ended their engagement in 2018, after spending 26 years together. However, custody and relationships between their four children, all born by surrogacy, did not end up causing problems until last May, when a court established that the minors were not siblings.
Once this obstacle was overcome, it seemed that both had put an end to their interactions. However, this past weekend the duo and the four young people could be seen together, on vacation on the island of Mallorca. They were a few hours of rest interrupted by Bosé’s attendance at the Global Gift Gala in Marbella, where he was the guest of honor. Some images that could surprise locals and strangers, but that have judicial explanations.
According to the court that established that Yvo and Telmo, Palau’s biological children; and Tadeo and Diego, sons of Bosé; they were not siblings, “the minors lack biological ties. The socio-affective bond of the children among themselves and with whom their respective father was a partner is not by itself a title for the establishment of a legal link of affiliation”. Something that failed in favor of Bosé and his intention that the young people not interact, except for another legal decision.
Some time before this dispute was resolved, Nacho Palau got a Family Court to rule that the children could spend their vacations together, whether in Mexico or Spain. In this way, the four of them would continue interacting as they had done regularly. According to the ruling on their relationship, “they maintain close and intense contact almost daily, sharing video games, by videoconference, or by phone, as well as enjoying vacations together.”
The relationship between Nacho Palau and Miguel Bosé was a hidden secret until the 2018 separation made it all blow up. The two met in the early 1990s, when Bosé was 37 and Palau was 19. It was during a party at a nightclub in Valencia, and since then they have become the most important people in each other’s lives. It was not until 2011 that they decided to be parents, opting for surrogacy to achieve it.
However, the move to Panama ended the love of the couple and they chose to separate. Palau returned to Spain in 2017, with two of her four children, after refusing to accept a return move from the singer. It was the following year that she filed a lawsuit for custody of her other two children, in addition to bringing to the world the relationship that they had hidden for almost three decades.
