The latest Save Me Deluxe has been something different than usual. An unprecedented set, with a minimalist, dismantled decor. Only with a small stand and a large screen since, as Terelu Campos commented at the beginning of the program, “this week they have been demolishing the set.”
The program began with the entire team outside the studio and together, with the audience, almost 750 have entered to broadcast their program. Hosted by María Patillo and Terelu Campos and with Mercedes Milá as godmother. With her they have reviewed some of the most outstanding moments of her career and of the current world of the heart.
As soon as the team turned on the lights on the set, Mercedes Milá was in the center, seated and ready to start. A bittersweet program, as she has commented. Because “I have never experienced the dismantling of a set, it is very sad and at the same time great.”
Quite an event that she did not want to miss “out of solidarity, support, affection…” although Terelu did not hesitate to interrupt her to announce that they have been calling her “6 months”, to which the presenter has responded bluntly: “I come when I want beautiful” .
Even so, Milá is clear that the end of Sálvame has been “an ideological issue.” In fact, he has not hesitated to affirm that “it is not that a program ends, it is necessary to military. Because I militate with freedom, opinion, clarity and spectacle”.
In addition, he has praised the way to finish both the daily Save me and the Deluxe. “How well they have done the farewell.” Because “we depend on many things, many colleagues and people.”
And he has confessed that he thought it was “intelligent” that they have changed the format of the daily Save Me during the week before its end and that they have done the same with the Deluxe. Now they will reinvent themselves with the new format on Netflix.
