Megan Fox reveals her cosmetic operations and the curious "protocol" she makes surgeons follow

It is one of the best kept secrets, mostly because she has always remained silent about it and has let the media speculate; but Megan Fox has finally spoken honestly about the aesthetic procedures she has subjected her body to to achieve that almost perfect beauty that she shows off wherever she goes.

Treatments and surgeries that for most of her followers were totally unnecessary, but to which the actress freely decided to undergo to feel better about herself. She has confessed this on Alexandra Cooper’s podcast, Call Her Daddy, where she has revealed not only how many times she has undergone surgery, but also the peculiar ritual that she makes the surgeons go through before each intervention.

In a new episode of his podcast, Cooper sits down with the actress to talk about many topics, including the cosmetic surgery procedures she has decided to undergo over the years. The protagonist of Transformers is one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood, but she also has insecurities.

“I had my first boob job when I was 21 or 22,” she recalls, adding that she underwent the same surgery two more times. “I had them remade when I finished breastfeeding my children, because I don’t know where they went, but they were gone. Then I had to rebuild again, because in the first operation I didn’t have enough body fat and you could see the rippling of the implant, so that I had to change them.”

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles star admits she also made sure her surgeon understood what she wanted in her latest breast surgery. “Stripper tits from the 90s”, in true Showgirls style. “I better wake up with the biggest breasts I can fit on my body. And that’s what he said he did. And they’re not even that big. They’re a 32D, which isn’t that big. They just look big on me body because my body is small,” he explains.

The actress also reveals that, despite what many may think, she has only touched up one other part of her body: her nose. “I had a rhinoplasty when I was in my early 20s. It’s been over a decade and I haven’t touched my nose since.”

What she does confirm is having undergone injectable treatments such as Botox or fillers, something that makes her feel much more comfortable because, despite what it may seem, she does not like to undergo surgery due to her “fear” of dying under general anesthesia.

“I don’t like surgery. My body doesn’t react well to general anesthesia,” he acknowledged, confessing to having a “protocol” for every surgeon who deals with his body. “All my doctors have to meet with me beforehand and they have to tell me if they have seen any omens, if they saw any owls, crows, if anyone has stepped on a spider… Any omen of bad luck. I don’t take it lightly, no “I’ve put myself through a lot for those things. I know it’s probably a good thing I have this paranoia, because God knows what would happen to me now.”

Plus, he has a music list prepared for the surgeons, because he can’t have songs that might remind them of ex-wives or ex-girlfriends. “They have to be calm and happy. If you have had a fight with your wife, don’t come to operate on me.”

Despite her honesty, the actress confesses that having confessed her touch-ups will not change the negative and hateful comments she receives daily on her social networks. “I feel that there is a stigma and that I am not going to win,” laments the actress, who assures that seeing all those comments on the images that she shares on her networks seems “cruel”, especially because most of them come from women.
