Matthew Perry’s last months were a real estate frenzy: he sold his beach house in Malibu and the Century City penthouse to buy a bungalow in the Pacific Palisades area – where death found him – and just five months before he died, a more modest house in the Hollywood Hills, also in Los Angeles, in which he did not have time to live. Now the last house of the actor who played Chandler Bing from the immortal series Friends has gone on sale for 4.8 million euros.
Built in 1957, the house is located on a plot of about a thousand square meters. The house was recently renovated and is completely white, it consists of 232 m2 on a single floor in which we find three bedrooms and four bathrooms, wooden floors and sliding doors, a kitchen with a chef’s island, a formal dining room converted into a leisure area with a pool table, living room and cinema projection room. All bedrooms are suite-style, with a spa bathroom, and the main one opens directly to the pool. Next to the entrance there is a garage for two cars.
Matthew Perry died on October 28, 2023, aged 54. He was found dead in a hot tub at his Pacific Palisades mansion, facing the Pacific Ocean. Autopsy results revealed the anesthetic ketamine caused his death by drowning.
