The channels that make up Mediaset España have been in a process of profound changes for almost a year. Something that began with the arrival of the new management leadership, which was clear that the group needed a facelift. Although they began by remodeling their ethical code, it all ended with the end of one of their star programs, Sálvame.
Since the cancellation of its flagship, Telecinco has not managed to garner the audiences it had at the time. A consequence that management is willing to face to embrace the new times in the chain. This has not only meant the end of the mythical space, but also the departure of its most media collaborators, among them, María Patiño.
After this, the former collaborators of Sálvame have managed to find a new place in various programs on other networks, such as La 1 or Antena 3. And not only that, but eight of them have achieved success in the docureality broadcast by Netflix that follows the their adventures and misadventures in Miami and Mexico.
However, there are many who wonder when all of these will finally return to the small screen, and María Patiño herself wanted to send a forceful reflection on her social networks about this very thing.
“They have given me the great opportunity to have time,” he began to relate through an Instagram story. “I have decided to invest that time in the most beneficial thing I have, me. I am in a process of internal and external changes,” she continued. And it is not the first time that the presenter has assured that she has decided to take better care of herself to achieve better results in the future. So much so, that she makes Zorra de Nebulossa’s song her own and hers “I’m in a good time.”
“I will return and it will be my best version. I never thought that time is essential to be reborn,” he concluded this message. With this, she makes it clear that, although she is now away from the media landscape, she plans to return at some point. Something that many have been asking for for a month.
And it is not the first time that he has spoken about this on his social networks. A few months ago she wanted to be very clear with her dismissal from Socialité. “Don’t doubt it. I am alone where I am valued and the best is yet to come,” she responded to one of his followers who sent her a message of encouragement.
“I am convinced that someone from Mediaset will inform me of what is published regarding Socialité. Time after time…” she added, launching a clear dig at the communication group. Something that was put on the table was that the presenter found out about her dismissal from the press, in the same way that happened with the end of Sálvame. Now, she remains to see how everything will play out.
