The endearing friendship that one day the contestants of the first edition of ‘Operación Triunfo’ had could have come to an end. Several viral episodes, such as the confrontation between Chenoa and Rosa López, have confirmed what many feared: the relationship between the triumphs is no longer what it was.

The person in charge of confirming it has been Manu Tenorio, who was part of the first promotion of singers that emerged from the popular television contest Operación Triunfo. The Andalusian has revealed that the famous WhatsApp group that he shared with the rest of the triumphs is now history, despite the fact that other members deny it.

In his statements to Europa Press, Manu Tenorio has been honest, stating: “That chat has been eliminated. I don’t know, it’s curious, “revealed the singer. Likewise, he adds: “Things have cooled down a bit, lately people are very dispersed.” Without a doubt, a way to try to avoid the most uncomfortable questions about his companions.

A few years ago, when asked about the concert tour on the occasion of the reunion between the former contestants of the first edition of OT, the Sevillian wanted to avoid the question: “I suppose it was not done by schedule… I ask for the audience’s wild card ”.

In Socialité they have tried to discuss the matter with other artists who left the academy, although the vast majority have not wanted to give statements on this uncomfortable subject. Natalia Rodríguez has avoided it by adding: “It does not seem like a topic to talk about”, while Nuria Fergó has denied the data provided by Tenorio.

On the other hand, Mireia Montávez has confirmed that there is indeed a chat with the artists who left the OT academy: “That is not the case at all. At first, the singer tried not to get into the rag: “I’m not going to say anything. Talking about this seems silly to me ”, however, she ended up confirming that there is a group of girls that she became after.

A few months ago, Tenorio left behind the secrecy with which he avoided talking about his life through an interview on Déjate Querer. The artist confessed that he has very good memories of his time on the program, especially his partner Álex Casademunt, whom he misses very much after his death due to a traffic accident on March 2, 2021. .

“He was very optimistic, he had a lot of energy. He was the most talented of our edition. He also did series, played the guitar, the piano, composed… He left too soon because he had many things left to do,” revealed Manu. Such was the affection that his colleagues had for him that “all of us who were in Madrid understood that what we had to do was take our things and go to Barcelona.”
