Lola, the daughter of Juana Acosta and Ernesto Alterio, ready to emerge on an artistic level after turning 18

Juana Acosta and Ernesto Alterio formed one of the most striking couples on the artistic scene in Latin America for years. Even though they separated six years ago, the duo still forms a solid alliance beyond the lack of love. One of the most notable elements in this sense is the rapport with their daughter Lola, with whom they celebrated her 18th birthday a few days ago on social networks.

“We love you. Happy B-Day. The celebrations begin,” the mother wrote. The young woman, now of legal age, is beginning to attract the attention and interest of the media. A fact even more marked when it is known that she wants to follow in the footsteps of her parents in the acting world. Despite not having spoken in public or given any interviews, Lola wants to be part of the third generation of the Alterio.

Such are her aspirations to be an actress who is training at the Corazza Acting Studio, a prestigious theater school directed by Argentine director Juan Carlos Corazza. Established in Spain since 1990, she has an extensive resume both in her country of origin and in the Iberian Peninsula, working as a coach for Javier Bardem and presenting her classes in Rome, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, Santiago de Chile and Moscow.

Not only did his mother work at the Corazza Studio when she arrived in Spain, but also actors of the stature of Alba Flores, Sergio Peris-Mencheta or the aforementioned Javier Bardem. However, Lola’s artistic aptitudes go through more than one dimension, and interpretation is not the only subject she intends to play. In this sense, music is also a source of inspiration and potential for Acosta and Alterio’s daughter.

The 18-year-old girl has been studying musical arts for more than a decade, demonstrating great qualities both in singing and playing the piano. Her emergence came through Juana’s social networks, where she has more than 500,000 followers. It was there where she earned the affection and admiration of the public by playing a version of Pena Penita, the classic that Lola Flores covered in 1953 for the film Ay pena, penita, pena!

“You see her enter the door and it is clear that she is an artist,” described the Colombian in an interview with ¡Hola! magazine. Regarding Lola, she is not as connected to her platforms with her mother, accumulating 16 publications and 2,500 followers on her Instagram profile. Despite this, her public image of her after reaching majority.
