Letizia begins her agenda of official acts this week in Cádiz, where she has presided over the opening ceremony of the IX International Congress of the Spanish Language together with King Felipe VI. Since last week, the Queen’s wardrobe has begun to replace autumnal suits and neutral colors with fresher dresses or two pieces in lighter and more cheerful colors.
On this occasion, and following this trend, Letizia has opted for a complicated but very spring color in a versatile dress from the Spanish label. It is a midi-cut dress in a lavender tone, with balloon sleeves and a gathered neckline with a V-neck.
The design is the work of the Spanish firm Cho Atelier and according to the dressmaker in an interview for Vanitatis, Letizia expressly requested this hue, so the design was made expressly for her. The Queen acquired it a few months ago while waiting to find the perfect occasion to wear it.
Shortly after Letizia viralized the design, baptized by the firm as Iliana, the garment has sold out in a matter of hours in the Cho Atelier online store.
To combine this striking dress, Letizia has rightly chosen to unify the style with an Olivia Mareque bag in the same hue and nude patent leather sandals signed by Carolina Herrera.
Accustomed to subtle and very sober jewelry, Letizia has surprised this Monday with large earrings that have sophisticated the look and are made by the local Spanish brand Alexandra Plata.
